That feeling when your dad tells you he spun your car while trying the go pedal. But he didn't hit anything.

As a mechanic I very often have to swap my vehicles with family members so I can take there vehicle to work and service/fix it. I still cringe every time I see them driving away in whatever car it is.

I had to leave my car at home for my freshman year of college. Literally every driver in my household got into a minor accident with it during my first semester alone. Now I live 10 hours away. Coincidence? #NeverAgain

My dad told me he might have to use my Miata if anything happens to his or my mom's cars. Which is completely fair because I have their extra car. But still it scares me, especially since it would be getting parked in the middle of a very busy trucking yard.

Well look at it this way... it's not too far off from how your parents felt the first time you took a car they owned to go somewhere on your own.
